RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

At Fusion by Hannah, we take immense pride in the slow-crafted, manual artistry that goes into every piece of jewelry we create. Because our items are entirely handcrafted, slight variations in texture, color, and design are a natural characteristic of bespoke craftsmanship and are not considered defects.

We want you to love your purchase, so please review our return, exchange, and cancellation rules carefully:

  1. Mandatory Unboxing Video Rule To protect our studio and ensure absolute transparency, we strictly require a complete, unedited unboxing video for any claims regarding items damaged during transit, missing components, or incorrect orders.

  • The video must start before the outer postal packaging or courier seal is broken.

  • The video must clearly show the shipping label and remain continuous without any cuts, pauses, or edits from opening to inspecting the product.

  • Please note: In the absence of a valid, unedited unboxing video, we will be completely unable to process any returns, exchanges, or refunds.

7-Day Return & Exchange Window If your item arrived damaged or incorrect (and is verified via your unboxing video), you must notify us within 7 days of receiving your package.

  • How to report: Send your unboxing video, order number, and description of the issue directly to our customer care team at hannah@fusionbyhannah.co.in or via WhatsApp.

  • The item must be unused, unaltered, and in its original packaging to qualify for a resolution.

Return Shipping & Refund Verification

  • Customer-End Return Shipping: If a return is approved for inspection, the return product shipping must be arranged and completely paid for on the customer end.

  • Physical Verification Required: A refund will only be processed after we successfully receive the returned item back at our studio and verify the damage against your original unboxing video.

  • Refund Timeline: Once the product has been physically verified and approved by our team, please allow 4 to 5 business days for the processed refund to reflect back in your original payment method or bank account.

 

Cancellations Because we prepare and dispatch our orders rapidly within 1 to 2 business days, cancellation requests must be submitted within 12 hours of placing your order. Once an order has been handed over to our courier partner, it can no longer be cancelled.
