1. Processing & Quick Dispatch Time
All orders are meticulously packed and shipped within 1 to 2 business days. Because our products are handcrafted with care, we take extra time to ensure each piece is securely packaged and arrives in perfect condition.
2. Shipping & Delivery Timelines
We partner with trusted domestic courier services to ensure your jewelry reaches you safely:

• Standard Delivery: Typically takes 5 to 7 business days to arrive at your doorstep across India once dispatched.

• Please note: Delivery timelines may vary slightly depending on your exact location, festive rushes, or unexpected courier transit delays.

3. Order Tracking
Once your package is handed over to our shipping partner, you will receive a dispatch confirmation message containing a direct Tracking Number. You can easily monitor your shipment’s journey using the carrier's tracking link.
4. Damaged or Missing Shipments
We go to great lengths to ensure safe transit, but in the rare event that an item is damaged or lost during delivery, please notify us within 7 days of delivery.

Remember: To process a successful claim for items damaged in transit, a complete, unedited unboxing video must be shared with our team.
